UNDER THE AGE OF CONSENT is an Italian harsh noise duo formed by Roger Kemper alias NO-JOY and WALL DISNEY.
"SOFT MUSIC" is the first album of this project and is the result of fascinating rivers of fucking feedback, perverse passions and extreme equalizations.

Recorded and improvised in the Loden Room using ancient techniques, fairy pedals and sound saturations.

Searching for the perfect sound digging through brilliant distortions the fetish towards pure noise is finally deteriorating and defining periods of our profound paranoia.
